Vekstar Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Vekstar Inc., a Florida corporation (“Vekstar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the website located at vekstar.com (the “Site”). The Site is an informational website that describes Vekstar and its products and services; it does not provide login access to, or otherwise host, the Vekstar platform, API, or related services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information collected through the Site.

If and when Vekstar makes the Services available to a business customer (“Customer”) under a signed order form, master services agreement, or data processing addendum (a “Services Agreement”), the processing of data submitted to or generated through the Services will be governed by that Services Agreement and by a separate privacy notice applicable to the Services, not by this Policy. This Policy applies solely to the Site.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Demo request information: when you request a demo, we collect business contact details such as your name, business email address, company name, job title, and, if you provide it, phone number, company size/industry, and a description of your use case or how you intend to evaluate the Services.
• Contact information submitted through a general contact form or newsletter sign-up (name, business email, company, message).
• The content of any message you send us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referring and exit pages.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies used for analytics and to remember basic preferences. See Section 5.

The Site does not require account registration, does not process payments, and does not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information) from visitors.

3. How We Use Information

• Schedule, prepare for, and follow up on demo requests, and respond to other inquiries and communications;
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
• With your consent or as permitted by law, send you information about Vekstar’s products and services;
• Monitor the Site for security, fraud prevention, and abuse;
• Comply with applicable legal obligations;
• Generate aggregated or de-identified analytics that do not identify any individual.

We do not use information collected through the Site to train or fine-tune any AI model.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not sell personal information collected through the Site. We may disclose information to:

• Service providers who support the Site on our behalf (for example, website hosting, analytics, email or customer-relationship-management tools, and scheduling or video-conferencing tools used to book and conduct demo calls), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations;
• Professional advisors (auditors, lawyers) and prospective investors or acquirers under confidentiality obligations, in connection with financing, diligence, or a corporate transaction;
• Law enforcement or regulators where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public;
• Any other party with your consent.

5. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the Site and to support basic functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions. Where required by law, we will present a cookie banner allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies before they are set.

We retain contact and inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and pursue a potential business relationship, and thereafter for 24 months of inactivity or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is earlier. Website analytics and log data are retained for 24 months.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site, including encryption in transit and restricted access to stored data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

The Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of your jurisdiction.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. The Services

This Policy does not apply to the Vekstar platform, API, or Services themselves. Once those Services are made available to Customers, access to and use of the Services — including the processing of any queries, documents, or other content submitted to the Services (“Customer Content”) — will be governed exclusively by the applicable Services Agreement and by a separate privacy notice describing how Vekstar processes data in connection with the Services, including any access by AI agents, applications, or integrations via API or the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Site or by email to individuals who have provided contact information, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision.
